Our plaster-popcorn living room ceiling had developed a significant crack over the years, due in part, to incomplete workmanship by the original builder in the ‘60s. Richard was contracted to examine the ceiling and remove the popcorn as well as repairing the crack. To say that the work was completed satisfactorily would be an understatement. Richard was able to not only effect a repair to the crack and remove the popcorn from this ceiling and the adjacent dining room, but did the job, preserving the plaster cove moldings and with exceptional attention to detail as well as site cleanliness. The task was finished with 2 coats of excellent precision painting and full site cleanup. We were absolutely delighted with the finished project and with Richard’s personal attention to detail and cleanliness. Craftsmanship takes time, and your patience will be rewarded with his workmanship. Absolutely a 5-star craftsman and a nice guy as well!!

So I happened to meet Rich and his crew under a rather stressful situation. A pipe burst in my upstairs bathroom destroying my Family Room ceiling and walls. I called Rich, and he came within the hour and started his magic. Once the damage was cleaned up he proceeded to remove the ``stucco`` on the family room and dining room ceilings and replace drywall and paint. I have never had a contractor be so meticulous and neat. There was literally no dust! He has this amazing high tech equipment that contains the mess. I was told by others that this was one brutally dusty job, but his preparation and ``sealing off`` of the work area was incredible.
They completed the job on time, on budget and it has completely changed the look of our house.

We were so pleased that I had them start and finish (again on time/ on budget) phase two of the transformation of our house and again we are thrilled with the attention to detail and how tidy they are.

We are having them come again in the Fall for Phase 3 to complete the entire downstairs and upper halls and to finally get rid of that God Awful stucco.
